Scope:

This document is intended to guide end users through launching the Milltronics Remote Support tool on their CNC9000 or newer control.

Requirements:

Internet Connection

Procedure:

1. From the main softkey menu Select

2. Select

3. Enter Username/Password:

4. Select Shell

5. Select the Green Arrow on the right side of the monitor

6. Select

7. Select

8. Read and Accept the license agreement

9. Provide the value of Your ID to your support agent
